As we continue to grow one of our main goals is to provide a full range of products to the markets that we serve and make these products as accessible as possible to you at the lowest cost. 

One of the best ways to do this is to create packages for our contractors. Packages are convenient, provide the essentials needed for the job, and come at a discounted cost. 

In 2022, we have created three packages in total for the Surface Preparation, Cleaning, and JanSan industries. Keep reading below to learn more about the features of these packages, and determine if they are the right fit for you. 

1. Stonecrete Polish Package (Available in 2,500+ square foot package, or 7,500+ square foot package)

Features

• The 2,500+ square foot package includes a 23" polisher with single phase power; the 7,500 square foot package includes a 27" inch polisher with 3-phase power.
  
  
• The densifier, dust collector, and all of the pads that you will need are included in the package. 

Who is this for?

• Our Stonecrete packages are great for contractors that want to get started in the industry but don't want to spend an arm and a leg 
  
  
• Great for seasoned polishers that need an additional polisher in their arsenal
  
  
• Perfect if you want to preserve cash flow and finance the machine, so that you can make monthly payments on the new equipment
  
  
• The smaller machine is great for residential jobs, and the larger machine is more suited for warehouses, stores, and other industrial spaces.
  
  
• Contractors who don't want to spend their time hunting down all of the materials they need for a polishing job (everything is included).

This might not be the right fit if...

• You don't plan on using the machine to recoup the investment (this probably goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway: the machine is an investment). Jobs won't just fall into your lap, and just like anything else in life, there is a learning curve. You will have to commit yourself to learning how to polish concrete floors and be willing to work hard. We are here to provide guidance on how to do this, and we have also written multiple posts about polishing concrete. You should buy this machine with the intention, and actionable steps to justify your investment.
  
  
•  If you mostly want to do concrete grinding you need Polycrystalline Diamonds (PCDs) instead of the polishing pads that are included. For contractors focused more on grinding jobs, it might more sense to buy a grinder and PCDs individually instead of this package (unless you plan on doing a lot of polishing as well).

• Ideal for daily maintenance of traffic lanes, cleaning up after coffee or coke spills, or any other small daily mishaps 
  
  
• Easy and convenient for in-house  facility maintenance staff to use 

This might not be the right fit if...

• Your building or facility needs a more thorough cleaning. The low pressure of the extractor is better suited for smaller jobs/spills. If you are cleaning anything outside of small traffic lanes or spills, you would be better off hiring somebody, or buying a different machine (if you're the one doing the cleaning). 
  
  
• You are a carpet cleaner that needs a portable for daily heavy-duty cleaning. If that's the case, we would recommend buying this portable instead, as the Nautilus MX3-1,200 portable extractor cleans at a much higher PSI.
  
  

3. Hydro-Force Tile & Grout Package

Features

Includes all of the following:

• Great for professional cleaners that do tile and grout jobs who just need the portable and chemistry but don't need additional tile cleaning tools
  
  
• Carpet cleaners that only have a truckmount who want to add additional services like cleaning tile and grout at an affordable entry-point 
  
  
• A good fit for facility maintenance or restaurant maintenance staff
  
  
• The right PSI needed to blast away dirt and grime stains on tile and grout
  
  

This might not be the right fit if...

• You're willing to pay more money for a package that also includes an SX-12 tile tool, a Gekko Wand, and an SX-7
  
  
• You don't plan on cleaning tile and grout. If that is the case, there are other extractors, chemistry, and tools that would be better tailored to your needs.

If you're looking for a different Tile & Grout Cleaning package, consider this one instead

Professional Tile & Grout Cleaning Package

Features

Includes all of the following:

• Enough tools to build an entire tile and grout cleaning business 
• Clean and protect all kinds of tile. This package is up to the challenge to handle any tile job, from small to heavy-duty.

This might not be the right fit if...

• You don't need every accessory for cleaning tile and just want the basics
• You don't plan on making tile/grout cleaning an essential part of your business

Conclusion

If you're still stuck, and you can't decide which one is best for you, do the following:

1. Ask yourself what your business needs are. What services will you need to frequently provide?

2. Once you have determined the services that you will provide regularly, you have to pick which package best provides these services.

3. After doing this, if you decide to go forward, you need to justify your investment by putting the equipment to regular use and taking proper care of it.
